LEFT AXIS ,AF, INCOMPLETE RBBB
Down up T wave so Hypokalemia is also one of dd
Low voltage in limb leads LAD LAHB MAT T wave inversion in v1 to v4 D D Subendocardial ischemi P.E
It's a case of AV block.

Low voltage complexes with second degree heart block Rule out pericardial effusion Vs dilated cardiomyopathy
2° AV block c Lateral wall ischaemia in a case of COPD.R/O hypothyroidism
