65 year female old case of CVA 8 months back ... Complaints of chest pain ,SOB ,non productive cough for 6 days O/E BP 156/84 Pulse 92 Spo2 98 % RR 20 RtPCR covid -- negativ ECG WNL CXR PA -- left side massive pleural effusion Pleural tapping done and pleural fluid send for analysis Report attached Suggest further management ??

Right side lung fibrosis, elevated ADA, lymphocytosis and no atypical cell in pleural fluid suggests it's TB.
