I wish to point out that in the presence of ciliary congestion it is better not to call it corneal leucoma. It is active inflammation and hence needs treatment like any keratitis by antibiotics and atropine.

It looks like Fungal Keratitis as convex hypopyon is also present. Scrap the lesion make gram & KOH smear, send specimen for bacterial & fungal culture cauterize the ulcer and start empirical treatment with Natamycin eye drops 2 hourly, Modifloxacin + Tobramycin eye drops 1 hourly, Atropine eye drops TDS, Chloramphenicol + Polymixin B eye ointment HS, Systemic NSAIDS & Vitamin C. Later modify your treatment as per microbiological diagnosis

DIFFUSE SUBTOTAL KERATITIS STATUS SUBTOTAL CORNEAL HAZE

Defuse infection

It looks like corneal ulcer just by image..as no slit lamp image available..start with topical antibiotics and cycloplegics...send a culture too...so cn give more specific treatment
