65 yrs old diabetic type 2 on regular oral medications , history of recurrent urine retention with UTI. Know case of chronic cholecysitis with cholelithiasis, surgeon advised lab. Cholecystectomy , admitted in hospital, now anemic (hb8.9), oral intake poor, vitals stable GRBS=110mg/dl, b/l lower limbs weaknessbut no pedal edema treatment giving inj.oflaxaxin bd, inj. Metrogyl 500mg tds,, inj.tranexamic acid. condition improving , Suggest your opinion for further approach and management.
