65 yrs old male non diabetic and non hypertensive,underwent cholecystectomy for gall stones 5months back.After 1 month of surgery he developed this swelling. Identify.

Is it reducible? hernia? Or firm? Obstructive hernia? Or painful? Any other pathology? Any signs of inflammation and fever? Abscess? Any lumpy feeling? Adherence to underlying tissues? Tumor? Go for repeat USG abdomen and update
