Sir when you said recurrence with sweet food there might be a decayed tooth in upper jaw. What is the dental condition of this patient ? Did you check for decay of teeth sir ? Because sweets, hot food some times are aggregating factors of dental pulpitis. This subsides with antibiotics but recurrence is seen. Kindly rule out dental carious tooth by referring to a Dentist.
Recurrent parotitis Must look for a stone by sialography
USG PAROTID REGION : S/O MASS LESION. LOOKS LIKE STENSON DUCT OBSTRUCTION DUE TO STONE/INFECTION. NEEFS BIOPSY FOR DEFINITIVE DIAGNOSIS & TREATMENT.
Appear more like a dental abscess with space infection in a deciduous molar.. please take an OPG or cone beam CT (CBCT) and rule out.
Excision nd histopathological examination will serve two purpose 1) Removal of mass 2) Establish the diagnosis
Please do a complete Allergy Testing. It could be c1 esterase deficiency, hereditary angioedema.
Seems to be dental abscess due to dental cavity.
Sir please take care of patient privacy.
OK I will take care of that next time What about the diagnosis and management?
