Rib Cage deformity in COVID-19 patient

A 86 year old female, she didn't have any symptoms. Her labs are unremarkable. She has kyphosis. The chest X-ray to search for silent pneumonia was performed as a routine for all COVID-19 patients. How would you interpret this chest X-ray? I never saw such deformity of rib cage.

Elongated chest with mid thoracic depression. Rib crowding noted. No scoliosis. Kyphosis can be seen on lat view. Cardiomegaly noted. Hyperinflation sugg of COPD. Scalloped left hemidiaphragm. Superior mediastinal radioopaque shadows seen. And lastly, Trachea is 'C' shaped , which is more interesting and needs to evaluate for any chronic Infective sequelae. Adv CECT thorax and Echo CD.
