Incidental Pineal Cyst

New Case. 24 yr ,F ,presented with classical migraine with aura for 8 yrs duration and the frequency has beenicreased for 6 months. THE current frequency one / week. Examination failed to obtain any focal deficits. MRI brain was done as per her request. What abnormality in the MRI brain?

there is a cyst at pineal region.. appears incidental and cant be the cause of headache
