What is the provisional diagnosis??

62 year old female patient diagnosed with adenomyosis came with the complaint of cough with sputum since 2 weeks Sputum is scanty in amount, watery in consistency, contains streak of blood,white in colour No history of fever, headache No history of loss of weight or appetite No history of smoking and alcohol intake No history of Tb, bronchial asthma , hypertension, diabetes Vitals are stable

Adenomyosis has nothing to do with cough. Test her Corona along with other routine investigation. Tt after reports. Till then put her on Antitussive. Montair 10 mg od Add Antioxidants. Gargling with warm water . Add salt,turmeric & slight alum in boiling water & then gargle with this water.

Chronic bronchitis with emphysema or URI Adv xray chest PA view and test for COVID-19 Adv gargling, Doxycycline200mg stat and100 mg bd, cough syrup. BP to be checked
