SUBCONJUNCTIVAL BLEED

56/fm compliant of subconjunctival bleed after taking medication for bodyache( diclofenac sodium) past h/o similar complaints after taking PCM 650mg no h/o hypertension k/c/o DM-2 what is the probable cause of complaints? what will be the treatment , other than discontinuing responsible drug?

S/c hg cause are Trauma Sewer strain constipation, coughiing, wt lifting High blood pressure Blood clotting abnormalities diclofen orPCM can be a cause avoid these two medicines S/ c hg will recover within 7 to 10 days usually no treatment required

Pt is diabetic Likely subconjuctival hemorrhage But on face of it appears fibrous strands as exposure is not clear Yes if drug induced like diclofenac and paracetamol are to be avoided Icepacks Nothing more is needed Vasicon eye drops Sos dexamethasone eye drops Keep control of diabetes

It will be clear it self but may take 6 weeks time
