Concluded Case

67 yr female patient comes to my clinic for -Non productive cough since 10yrs - Anorexia - constipation k/c/o Allergic bronchitis No H/o - DM,HTN in first month there is improvement in cogh but in second month follow up i noticed significant weight loss from 48.6kg to 46.2 kg & o/e tenderness in umbilical region spo2%- 97% pulse - 84 / min Bp - 140/60 mmhg RS - no wheezing AEBE so investigate her for USG,CBC and HIV test there is drop in platelet count which is 86000 only usg shows gall bladder sluge ball ? diagnosis ? causes of weight loss ? clinical or surgical case All respected members guide me please.

Provisional diagnosis are TB, IBD, Malignancy. HRCT thorax and colonoscopy would be helpful.

show me the blisters on the leg and what is their duration and what antibiotics or other medicines is she on it looks more like early Steven Johnson syndrome due To medicines but send the details I have asked for Dr Vijay Seshan MD (Physician) 7/10/2020

No blisters on leg ,sir She is not on any antibiotic or other medication
