L-ornithine L-Aspartate ..LOLA For Hepatic encephalopathy to convert ammonia to urea Ornithine stimulates the activity of carbamoyl phosphate synthetase I and aspartate stimulates the activity of arginase by donating nitrogen..These enzymes are needed for the urea cycle to happen
