Tinnitus in Ayurved
67yr old patient with past history of CAD, DM, HTN c /o constant ringing (tinnitus), Cough, neck pain Physical Examination Ears (R+L) TM retracted Rest other examination attached Management No improvement with allopathic treatment Can anybody suggest anything in Ayurveda ? As the TM(tym membrane) is retracted can karnapoorana can be suggested in this case? Pls advise something !
रोगी वात व्याधि एवं जीर्ण प्रतिशयाय से पीड़ित है। चिकित्सा संबंधी योग,,,, बृहत वात चिंतामणि रस स्वर्ण युक्त 1 रत्ती एकांग वीर रस 2 रत्ती महालक्ष्मी विलास रस स्वर्ण युक्त 1 रत्ती ताली शादी चूर्ण 2 ग्राम एक चम्मच शहद में मिलाकर सुबह-शाम सेवन कराएं। महारास्नादि क्वाथ 25 ग्राम सुबह-शाम खाने के बाद दें। योग परिक्षित है। पिछले 40 वर्ष से प्रयोग कर रहा हूं।
