68 year old male having itching and blister on both palm and food sole last 20 year . respected sir/mam suggest dx and its management.
* Dyschidrotic eczema ** Palmoplantar pustulosis Levocet 5mg bd Azithro 500mg od Tapering dose of steroid orally. Multivitamin and antioxidants orally. Rehydrate skin by applying moisturizer or emollient lotion locally HS. Clean area with diluted betadine lotion apply lobate-s+ mupriocin oint in 2:1 ratio bd locally. Protect against exposure to extreme bad weather conditions and irritant causes allergy. Keep the area clean and covered with sterile gauge.

Cheiro podo Pompholyx Dyshidtitic dermatitis DD Pustular psoriasis
Dry eczematous dermatitis -infected. Rx-1-Tab amoxyclave 625mg 1bd. 2-Tab aceclofenac+pcm 1bd. 3-clop-s skin oint locally. 4-cortyl -AF skin oint locally. 5-Tab b complex 1od.×15 days.
