dear Dr get his blood urea,s.cretnine done,u s scaning to see sub phernic diapharmtic abcess take one big zipper oc good quality no hole in it, put it around ur mouth and fit it in such away that no air should from out side. take20 breaths,and take it out and repeat d same,this is co2 therpy,it will definetely work, but see for any other organic problem also as mention above
