Palmoplantar erythema

Patient aged 58 years old male, heavy smoker, not known as diabetic nor hypertensive. suddenly develop palmoplantar erythema with itching. The next day he developed puffy lower eyelids. no history of new drugs taken. liver, kidney, urine normal. DD???

Red palm.. Go for RA RBS TEST If liver s normal then it may be due to heavy smoking...Allergy
