Herpes labilialis Acyclovir 800mg 5 times a day. Multivitamin and antioxidants orally. Diclo PCM TDS Tapering dose of steroid orally. Clean area with diluted betadine lotion apply caladryl lotion than acyclovir locally bd. Xylocaine jelly locally HS. Keep the area clean and covered with sterile gauge.
