69 year old female with Peri rash, burning painful bumpy and tender, denies any vaginal discharge or s/s of UTI, states started after using new feminine wipes, she was told contact dermatitis but she is concerned it is something more. Treatment and differental diagnosis?

Herpes labilialis Acyclovir 800mg 5 times a day. Multivitamin and antioxidants orally. Diclo PCM TDS Tapering dose of steroid orally. Clean area with diluted betadine lotion apply caladryl lotion than acyclovir locally bd. Xylocaine jelly locally HS. Keep the area clean and covered with sterile gauge.
