A 12 yrs young girl having itching and burning sensation after rubbing the lesion on face.It was 1st appeared when she was 7 MONTHS. Since then it appears and disappears with or without treatment within 7-10days.It occurs any time in year.Lesion always occurs on Right side of face and on chin.She had taken various treatment from dermatologist,ayurveda,bengali doctors several times. please provide approach of management.

it cant b acne for sure bcoz it occured first at d age of 7 months & then yearly or twice a year. it can b allergic dermatitis. any blood purifying syp 10ml twice after meals, montelukast levo or fexo once a day +atarax 1 daily +.steroids like deflazacort starting vid 12mg daily for 5 days, then 6 mg daily for 10days den half if it for next 10days,. astringent lotion like caladryl twice daily & panderm+once at night shud help in curing her problem. Neem capsule by himalaya drugs can b added twice a day.

Acne vulgaris Levocet 5 mg BD. Multi vitamin and antioxidants orally. Pcm+ibu BD. Clean area with diluted betadin lotion and apply calamine lotion then clindamycine+adeplane oint locally. PABA cream during exposure to sunlight and at bedtime. Improve general health and personal hygiene. Rehydrate skin by applying moisturizer cream or emollient Cream. Green leafy vegetables and fresh fruit and plenty of liquid daily. Wash face regularly and frequently and dry with tissue paper. Keep area clean and dry.

True it is acne vulgaris and agreed with colleagues as suggested ut the point i want to make is these are prepubertal hence she needs hormonal assessment and to be added if required
