Patient came for peri-implantitis, 15 mm x 15 mm lesion noted on tongue

A 26 y/o female who presented with an implant affected by moderate peri-implantitis. She had a noncontributory medical history, was taking no medications, and had no stated food or drug allergies. She denied the use of tobacco products, alcohol or any drugs. On examination, a lesion measured 15 mm x 15 mm was noted. What are the differentials?

Frictional keratosis
Peri Implantitis and the tongue lesion are unrelated and purely coincidental. It can be Lichen Planus or major aphthous ulcer
