6yr old female child didn't have any hair all over body since birth ..only 2 or 3 hair at eyelids and eyebrows... both parents normal , but h/o same illness present in her younger sister who is 5month old baby any idea about diagnosis???? / differential diagnosis??? and investigation needed??? management???

No standard rx for au.many rx have been explored,including immumodulator agent such as Imiquimod.,Tofacitinib citrate may also have benefit. A case reported in June 2014 it was report that a 25 year old man with almost no hair on his body grew a full head of hair &eye brow, eyelash.facial,armpit and other hair following 8 month of rx.
