7 year female child with red-eye since age 2 years and skin lesion on finger and toe, self mutilating, circular ring like at the base of the toe, since age 2 now since last 2 month her both cornea is white and complete vision loss without history of night blindness. Head to toe examination shows upward slanting eye, delayed dentition, short stature, microcephaly, normal birth history, No mental retardation. Diagnosis?
