Good case Dr. Neki, Pigmented scaly lesions around mouth and vermillion borders of the lips more favour to PERIORAL DERMATITIS.... The colloquial names LIP LICKER'S DERMATITIS. Treatment...usually not required. Good moisturizers and Hydrocortisone cream will be beneficial. Good oral hygiene and abstinence of the licking habit will be advantage to get good respond. If patient ask quick relief from this problem, go for RF scraping of lesions and Dermojet spraying of triamcinolone was good enough to give full remission within days.
