70 years old male has developed this swelling since two months. No h/o pain. No h/o trauma. kco DM on treatment. kindly opine on diagnosis and treatment.

What is the consistency of the swelling? Is it mobile? Fixed to underlying bone? Does mobility change with muscle contraction? Please get an xray of foot - AP, Oblique and lateral.
