70 yr male is having such lesions since one month,not associated with itching and no pain please diagnose the case.

Agreed with @Dr. Shivraj Agarwal Looking like FDE PLEASE PROVIDE HISTORY WITH ONSET AND SUSPICIOUS CAUSES PSORIASIS doesn't look like this, silvery scales come out of the plaque and the plaque is everted. Rough, pink inflamed. Looking at this, it looks like resulting from internal systemic derangement, Because of either food or drug intake Suspected as Wet eczema as well! Insect bite?? Discoid Lupus erythematous?? But generally it's on sun exposed areas!!
