x-ray of covid suspect patient

A 72 y/o male with a history of COPD and recent pneumonia was treated with oral prednisone 40 mg daily, antibiotics, and a fluticasone-salmeterol inhaler. One week during treatment, the patient developed painful oral lesions. examination revealed many white-tan plaques on the lower lips, tongue, and posterior aspect of the oropharynx. Lesions do not respond to nystatin oral suspension. What is diagnosis and management for the case?

Patient underwent Theapeutic Endoscopic procedure for achalasia 2 days back... Now c/o Breathlessness with SpO2 96% on Room air...Vitally stable
