A case of Type 2 DM with Eczematous dermatitis with non healing ulcer over lateral aspect of foot with cellulitis with thickened nails ?? Onychomycosis with discoloration of foot. Treatment is Oral antihistamines Oral Antibiotics Oral Antifungals Topical steroid ointment. Clotrimazole drops in toe nails Foot end elevation..
