A 46 year old female has presented with recurrent episodes of right hypochondrial pain. on examination there was a mass. resected specimen shown below. diagnosis?

50F having c/o Rt Hypochondrial pain radiating to back for many months. 2 months before she went for USG abdomen which suggests multiple GB calculi.. Today she presented with extreme abdominal pain, vomiting and diarrhoea.. CBC suggestive of Mild leucocytosis. LFT, Amylase/lipase within normal range. Kindly give comments on following standing x ray & opine on further approach..!
