81 year female Known Diabetic on metformin Known hypertensive on telmisartan. Past history of vericose vein operated 1 year back. Complaints of extensive exfoliating skin in sole and palms since 3 months. redness upto mid shin. What is the diagnosis? What is the treatment?

Pulmoplanter Psoriasis Salicylic acid 17% to apply locally Antioxidant Tab Methotrexate 10mg once weekly Tab Folic acid 5mg 2tabs weekly PUVA Soln followed by exposure to UVA Control DM & HTN See for Secondary infection, if so give oral & topical antibiotics

Palmoplanter keratosis with 2ndry infection Insulins, antibiotics, emollients
Palmoplantar keratosis.treat with emollients.maybe associated cellulitis.
Palmar plantar keratodema. Ddx Exfoliativa dermatitis.
