With reference to birt crowning...as question is not posted specifically. Birth crowning, which is when your baby's head starts to emerge bit by bit during each contraction, occurs during the second stage of labor. (A contraction is when the uterine muscle tightens and relaxes to help your baby pass from the uterus into the birth canal.)
When baby's head starts to emerge bit by bit during each contraction, occurs during second stage of labor . Crowning happens when cervix is fully dilated. During the pushing phase of labor deep transversus abdominis is drawn and relax the pelvic floor to let the baby out
This is one of the incidents when it is time to work with caution and vigilance during delivery when the baby is passing through the vagina.
