40 years female complaining multiple NODULAR lesions on left side mandible area since 2 years. No pain no itchy Diagnosis and treatment?

Visual shows small, slow-growing, typically firm, red-to-brown bump seen on left side mandibular area more favour to DERMATOFIBROMA.., typical appearance. Also called a fibrous histiocytoma. It can grow up to about 1 cm (less than a half inch) in diameter. A dermatofibroma consists of a proliferation of scar-like tissue within the deeper layers of the skin (dermis) Common benign tumor Usually single, may be multiple like this. Treatment... Simple Excision is curative ....

Rx Tuja 30 potency 6 tabs/ days for 2_3 Mon ths & apply the same potency solution locally
