ca of Lung
75years old lady came with cough, fever and blood stains in the sputum last one week, treated in local clinic with IV l antibiotics ( pipperacllin and Tazobactum 2.5 gm BD) , but fever reduced but cough with blood stains in sputum not reduced. So today x ray showing mass lesion in right lower lobe. Here CBC ESR and Sputum AFB reports were pending. What could be the diagnosis??
Changes of COPD emphysema with rt paracardiac irregular shadow seen. Possibly neoplastic etiology. Adv CECT thorax and sos guided biopsy HPE to conclude. Further management accordingly.
