Thanks to all participants & I respect all valuable opinions. I should have added bit details. My D/D Case 1 - Geographic tongue + Candidiasis, Case 2 - Lichen planus (ptn c/o burning tongue to slightest spicy food & a non tobacco user) Regards.
D/d- case 1 : beningn migratory glossitis superimposed with candidiasis.case 2: irritational fibrosis due to trauma from sharp cusp,leukoplakia,lichen planus.
Case 1- candidiasis Case 2- leukoplakia/lichen planus Well, it could be told if more details would have been provided.
First one is candidiasis a heterogeneous variety. Second I would say to check for vitamin B 12 deficiency.
