Koch's? needs confirmation

Girl aged 13 yrs complaining of pain in lower side of chest on both sides. Now presented with fever. No prior history of any medication and sister took medication for Koch's. X-ray shows LN in mediastinal space. Please diagnose and provide treatment for same
