X- ray picture of this patient is typical of COVID-19 atypical viral pneumonia with Bilateral pulmonary parenchymal inhomogenous opacities with macronodular opacities in between. A HRCT chest in this case will present classical COVID-19 disease with CORADS score 5 and if RT - PCR is positive it will be CORADS score 6 Fever Cough and Dyspnoea, all favour COVID-19 disease Other investigations required are CBC , CRP, S.Ferritin, D- Dimer , IL-6, LDH , KFT and echocardiography considering Cardiomegaly X- Ray also shows Cardiomegaly Although similar picture is seen in ARDS ILD Cannon ball secondaries Miliary tuberculosis Pneumoconiosis, CCF

Cardiomegaly Bilateral peripherally placed inhomogenous opacities seen. Bil parenchymal macronodular infiltrating opacities, likely alveolar shadows. Possibly viral pneumonia ARDS Neoplastic etiology Pneumoconiosis Adv CECT thorax and Echo CD.

Bilateral peripheral area of consolidation Cardiomegaly Fits in with COVID PNEUMONIA. Suggest HRCT, RTPCR for COVID

Bilateral peripheral ground glass haziness typical of covid pneumonitis pl get HRCT chest score of covid pl get rt PCR for covid

RT PCR for Covid Negative

Ground glass opacities presnt in bilateral side with haziness present, typically case of COVID 19. Get HRCT chest, RT PCR test Broad spectrum antibiotics Remdesivir Corticosteroid Nebulization

Peripheral ground glass opacities are seen in both lungs typical of covid 19 adv Hrct thorax

Repeat RT-PCR. Typical ground glass opacities suggestive of Covid19

HRCT THORAX AND COVID19 RTPCR IS A MUST ALONG WITH USUAL HEMATOLOGICAL TESTS FOR ASSESSMENT OF SEVERITY...EMPIRICALLY COVID 19 TREATMENT SHOULD BE STARTED AS PER MODERATE TO SEVERE CASE PROTOCOL..
