Positive for Malignancy.Nests of undifferentiated/primitive cells,clusters of epithelial & fronds of mesenchymal cells noted. *P/O : Triphasic Wilma Tumor. Advised Bx & Molecular genetics.

Small round cells... with overlapping and dense chromatic nuclei... in basaloid... papillaroid groups.. No epithelial differentiation. Wilm s tumor... blastemal/basaloid. Sug. Imaging. Bx. Ihc
