28/M lesion started Single then spread surrounding no itching......?mole ..... please comm and advice treatment

It's ACNE KELOIDALIS NUCHAE..AKN due to chronic irritation of the hairline leads to hairbud infection called FOLLULITIS. So it is not Acne. Treatment: Avoid contact of hairends at the neck area. So short trimming of hsirs are needed. Infection should be controlled by oral Antibiotics. Small nodules need intralesional steroids. Bigger nodules should be removed by surgically. The best option is LEQUID NITROGEN freezing minimise the scar formation. Topical Tazoretene and mild steroids are beneficial.
