Wedge shaped opacity seen in rt parahilar region, sugg of collapse consolidation. Rt diaphragm is much raised and slopy This would require, antibiotics bronchodilators mucolytics oxygen support etc. Sos FOB BAL. Few saccular shadows seen at the level of heart possibly diaphragmic hernia, which needs further evaluation.
