Palmoplantar hyperhidrosis- Ayurveda

31 years old man with severe hyperhidrosis on hands and feet. He was otherwise well and taking no medication. He had tried talc and topical antiperspirants, with no benefit. Examination revealed severe extensive pitted keratolysis on a background of moist, macerated skin. Kapha vata prakriti & teekshana agni bala

Avoid methi, alkaline diet only that too organic, lime juice,guava,ginger,orandes sweetlime,help,sulpha if tolerant Avoid same shoes every day,wear open slippers, avoid using any creams or moisturizer,only external medication if tolerant,,,,relax with feet open... control your thoughts..main thing, prayers help
Yes It's a Case of "Pitted Keratolysis" Avoid tight fitting socks and shoes. Rx. Topical Mupirocin oint/Erythromycin oint.
