Direct inguinal hernia

A 32year old female presented with a swelling in the groin (left side) since last 4 days. Swelling has gradually increased in size with picking type of pain in the area. Patient has no co-morbidity and not on any medication. She's a mother of 2year old boy and also c/o missed periods since a month. Otherwise her periods were regular. No history of fever or any other complaints. She's been to government Hospital due to poor finances but was turned out without any treatment due to lockdown. I had a teleconsultation for the patient and couldn't do any examination. what would be the further management?
