Neoplastic lesion of oncocytoid/epithelioid morphology predominantly in sheets infiltrating or entrapping gastric mucosal glands,with focal NE & glandular patterns showing moderate atypia.Definite keratin pearls not seen.Though focal ? squamoid nature/individual cell keratinization seen. ••DDs & IHC panel : Ki67 + *Gastric Carcinoma with NE Differentiation : CK7. *Epithelioid GIST :CD117, DOG1. *Gastric NET : Carcinoid NEM like SYN,CgA,NSE *Parietal Cell /Oncocytic Adenocarcinoma : Antiparietal Ab, Antimitochondrial Ab & PTAH,LFB stains. *SCC : Primary/Metastatic/Extension from esophagus : p63,CK5/6,p16. *Enterochromaffin Cell like tumor : Antihistamine Ab, Argyrophilia.
