Bcs of Covid -19 recovered patient have less change to get again bcs anti bodies had develeped, less risk of reoccurrence. Need to be 14 days home quarantine aftr discharge from hospital. Sir it can occur if patient immunity power is less/weak.
Using available preliminary data, the median time from onset to clinical recovery for mild cases is approximately 2 weeks and is 3-6 weeks for patients with severe or critical disease.
Studies are not complete But recurrence is reported from Vuhan Time period may be 4weeks to 3months is antibody titre declining But no documentary publication

Actually there isn't any robust study but some patients reported in Wuhan,s.korea,and Japan too...this cases appears between 3 to 5 week after cured
