7yr female this type of lesion since 15days painless no itching no history of fever. No other sign n symptoms

Planter keratoderma Topical steroid cream and emollient useful. Tapering dose of steroid can be helpful. Keep area clean and moisturizer lotion locally to rehydrating skin. Multivitamins and antioxidants orally.

P.P.ketoderma, steroid oraly by tapering, moisturizing ceram with steroids& antibiotics to prevent secondary infection, m/v tabs oraly.
