4 months baby having rash and itching 2 months.. sir please advise

A 5 months baby suffering from this type of rashesh since 4 days . No h/O- changes in cloths . Kindly suggest DX & Rx ?

6 yr old child comes to me with h/0 itching rashes since 7 days. Pt has taken becasule cap. N cetrizine since 5 days as advised by some local practitioner bt no response . Respected seniors Kindly give your expert opinion .how to manage?
