8 years child with Muscular Hypertrophy and Hyperpigmentation. NEEDS HT. AND WEIGHT. WORK UP WITH : BLOOD SUGAR LEVELS, THYROID PRIFILE, TESTOSTERONE LEVELS. MRI BRAIN & OTHER TESTS AS PER CLINICAL EVALUSTION. HYPERPIGMENTATION IS ACANTHOSIS NIGRICANS. R/O : MEN TYPE I AND II. SYNDROME X. TESTICULAR TUMORS.
