8 years boy Multiple hypopigmented spots on both hands Not seen any other sites No itching no burning Since 3 months .. Diagnosis and treatment?

Multiple hypopigmented spots on both hands and legs.. I given Antifungal treatment But respond slowly Treated as TINEA VERSICOLOR... It may be benign vascular anomaly (Bier spots....) Lab tests...CBP, ESR, Electrolytes, anti nuclear antibody , Rheumatoid factor and Urine analysis...may be useful
