8 yr old intellectual challenged female came with anorexia and fever and hematuria and sialdenitis and spacticity. what are this skin lesion? does it come under any known syndrome?

sorry for late reply. patient had diarrhea and dermatitis and now today patient had cardiac arrest. now on ventilator. It seems 3rd D is approaching. so which disease has 3d diarrhea dermatitis and death. Pellagra is the right answer. pray for patient. thanks for ur valuable opinion

Skin lesions may be pellagra/ photo dermatitis. Start vitamin b complex

Try Vitamin and B complex supplements as the child is having PEM grade IV with multiple Vitamin deficiencies ,pellagra
