Arch of Aorta Aneurysm.

80 years old fragile ,with dyspnea and c/o chest pain.raised JVP,ECG normal .Not diabetic.Hypertensive BP:170/120 Read the x ray and give your opinion.

This is the case of uncontrolled Hypertension in a 80 plus .main complaint was breathlessness .His chest X ray revealed that there is balloon like aneurysm on the arch of Aorta High blood pressure may produce aneurysm in a aged atherosclerosis vessels. blood flow velocity and IRS high lateral wall pressure may tear the intima and aged tissues of vessels may give way for aneurysm.

U r right aortic aneurysm. CT proved.
