Dr. Somesh, It's classical picture of SEBHORRHIC KERATOSIS. Common in this age. Genetic role may be cause. Treatment.... Removal of the lesions by RF CAUTERY....less expensive but painful.. FREEZING WITH LEQUID NITROGEN..little bit expensive but comfort LASER SURGERY ...good and more comfortable...maximum result ...
This is case of auto immunity so Give her transfer factor 6 caps. Daily in 4 to 6 month. 100%cure without any Surgery

* Vertical Vulgaris along with Seborrheic keratosis. Improve General health and personal hygiene. Multivitamin and antioxidant orally. Keto soap powder and lotion locally. If pt feels embrace surgical intervention like laser therapy, cryo therapy or cauterization.
