Isolated unilateral hypoglossal nerve palsy
SUGGESTIVE OF UNILATERAL HYPOGLOSSAL NERVE. PALSY.... SECONDARY. TO .. MENINGITIS
Unilateral palsy of hypoglossal nv palsy
U M N lesion hypoglossal nerve
Hypoglossal nerve palsy one side produces ipsilateral flaccid paralysis of tongue muscles with atrophy. An attempt to protrude the tongue cause deviation to weaker side because of unopposed action of intact genioglossus muscle .
Looks like "Persistent Isolated Unilateral Hypoglossal Nerve Palsy" Bcoz Left side deviation with Atrophy and fissuring Tongue.
