WHAT ARE THE POSSIBLE DIFFERENTIALS?

3 MONTHS OLD BABY WITH DEEP CYANOSIS WITH SILENT PRECORDIUM WITHOUT ANY CARDIAC MURMUR. SINGLE S2. CXR HAS BEEN ATTACHED BELOW. DISCUSS THE DIFFERENTIALS.

TOF ., boot shaped heart upturned apex ,pulmonary stenosis for single S2 and large vsd has very soft or no cardiac murmur and i guess xray is having right sided aortic arch seen in 20% of cases ., advice ECHO for prulmonary pressures and chamber and view of great arteries
